Jailbreakers beware! According to MuscleNerd (see picture above), the iOS 5 Beta 4 OTA (Over The Air) update is not possible on jailbroken devices. While this is still unfortunate, it is possible to do a tethered jailbreak (how to guide coming!) on iOS 5 Beta 4 if you are willing to go through the trouble of having to un-jailbreak and all that.
